With a TimeClock Connect cloud account, users benefit from:

• Instant and automatic backups for peace of mind, ensuring data is always safe and accessible online regardless of phone issues.

• Secure web access from any laptop or desktop computer.
• An optional invoice system that simplifies invoice creation and management directly from TimeClock Connect data. Users can enjoy a free trial of the invoice system for one month, with a small monthly fee thereafter.

The app features several useful functions, including:

• Setting hourly rates for each client for accurate earnings calculation.
• Rounding work times based on an optional billing increment for each client.
• Supporting flat fee activities where clients are charged a fixed amount for a job regardless of the time spent.
• Tracking time worked in real-time by clocking in and out or manually entering complete time records in the past or future.
• Powerful note entry and management capabilities.
• Tracking expenses alongside billable hours, with predefined options for recurring expenses.
• Tracking mileage expenses by providing mileage reimbursement allowances or entering starting and ending odometer readings.
• Viewing and editing all time records within the app, allowing users to modify details such as start and end times, billing rates, and notes.
• Customizing spreadsheet exports, choosing which data columns are exported, the order of columns, and the type of summary information included.
• Including client, notes, and a secondary data field in each time record, with the ability to customize the secondary field to suit specific business needs.
• Continuing tracking even if the app is closed or the phone is turned off. Time will be accurately recorded once the app is reopened and the timer is stopped.

It's important to note that TimeClock Connect does not automatically calculate overtime or support multiple simultaneous timers.

While TimeClock Connect offers a free version, users have the option to unlock all features and access cloud-sync capabilities for automatic backups and web access by purchasing one of the available subscription products. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are offered for sync access as well as invoice + sync access. Please note that prices may vary by country and are subject to change without notice. These prices are clearly displayed within the app.

Key subscription details:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Automatic renewals will be billed at the original subscription price.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by accessing your Account Settings on the App Store after completing your purchase.
